HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PERAWAT

 
Job satisfaction is influenced by organizational support which is the instrument of social relationships within the  organization. This study aims to analyze the magnitude and causes of the relationship organizational support toward the level of job satisfaction medical service installation officer in Lamaddukkelleng Sengkang Hospital. The research was conducted at RSUD Lamaddukkelleng Sengkang. This research used cross sectional study using mixed method (qualitative and quantitative method). The sampling was done by using proportional random sampling technique and simple random sampling with a total sample of 173 people. The analysis of the study used chiquare
and logistic regression. The result of the research shows that there is a relationship between organizational support (0.001) with nurse job satisfaction. The cause of dissatisfaction on organizational support is due to organizational justices including procedural justice, structural justice and distributive justice are still lower than the organization hospital.
